About the Role:

You’ll play a key part in our busy customer service department, ensuring that every customer interaction reflects our commitment to quality and care. This varied role combines administrative responsibilities with direct customer engagement.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Managing service engineer diaries and scheduling appointments efficiently.
• Handling incoming calls and providing friendly, professional support to customers.
• Updating and maintaining records using our internal CRM system.
• Assisting with general administrative tasks to support the wider team.

Skills and Experience:

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, organised, and confident using technology. You’ll need to be comfortable multitasking and communicating clearly with both customers and colleagues.

Essential skills:

• Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
• Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal communication.
• Good organisational and time-management abilities.

Desirable experience:

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Previous experience in customer service or the construction industry.
