COVID 19 Update April 2021
Following the easing of government restrictions, we are so excited to announce that we are fully reopened in a safe and controlled manner, we are continuing to implement measures to ensure we provide a safe environment and adhere to government guidelines. We continue to actively monitor the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation and follow the guidance being issued by our government to contain the spread of the virus to ensure the health and wellbeing of our customers and staff.
In recognition of the important part construction plays in the general economy, our tradesmen continue working in customer’s houses, following covid safe practises, this includes repairs and service calls as well as of course full installation of windows, doors, and conservatories.
We have a full standard operating procedure document which explains how our staff will protect themselves and importantly you during the installation, as well as those things we need you to do for us prior to our arrival.
Since the lockdown started, we have continued our commercial work with major housebuilders, and repairs and maintenance for Local Authorities and private customers.
Every effort is being made to make you feel as comfortable as possible. As restrictions ease, we will revert to more traditional methods of communication with our customers. However, we will continue to provide a remote quoting service via the likes of email and Zoom video conference calls, to accommodate those of you who do not quite feel ready for face-to-face interactions just yet.
We are carrying out surveys and installations using up-to-date government guidelines and providing staff and customers with new Standard Operating Procedures, as well as appropriate PPE.
This announcement will be updated regularly as advice changes, but please do not hesitate to get in touch to discuss anything further with one of our glazing specialists.
